myMechanic is a digital platform that helps fleets manage roadside breakdowns by connecting dispatchers with service providers in one system.

Dispatchers submit a roadside request through myMechanic.

The request is sent to your preferred service provider or a verified provider in our network.

All updates, communication, and documentation are handled in one place.

myMechanic replaces phone calls and manual coordination with:

Fleets are charged $2.50 per successful roadside service request.

You are only charged when a request is completed.

In some cases, additional fees may apply, such as payment processing fees for credit cards or optional convenience features. Any applicable fees are shown before payment.

Yes. Fleets can continue using their existing service providers. You simply send us your provider list, and we help get them set up on myMechanic.

No. myMechanic does not replace your current providers. It works alongside them.

Yes. myMechanic also includes verified service providers and tire dealers already in the platform that dispatchers can use when needed.

No. Fleets are only charged for successful service requests. Canceled or unfulfilled requests are not billed.

Fleets can pay by ACH or credit card. ACH offers lower costs, while credit cards provide speed and convenience.
